Article 1: Applicability and Binding Force

These General Terms and Conditions constitute a complete and binding legal agreement between you (the "User") and Investormatch. By accessing https://investormatch-ai.net or using our services, you unconditionally agree to these terms. Investormatch reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms at any time to comply with changing technological or legal standards.

Article 2: Nature of Services (Execution-Only)

Investormatch offers an advanced technical interface that utilizes proprietary AI algorithms for market analysis, investor-project matchmaking, and data visualization.

2.1. No Financial Advice: Investormatch acts solely as a technology provider. We do not provide investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. The AI-generated data is intended solely for informational and analytical purposes.

2.2. Decision-Making Autonomy: Any decision made by the User based on the information provided by the AI is entirely at the User's own risk and responsibility.

Article 3: Legal Risk Warning

The User acknowledges that market analysis via AI models entails inherent risks:

Extreme Volatility: Financial markets and digital assets can fluctuate unpredictably and violently.
Capital Loss: There is a real risk of losing the entire investment.
AI Limitations: Algorithmic models calculate probabilities based on historical datasets; they cannot provide future market guarantees. Historical performance does not guarantee future results.

Article 4: Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions

The entire infrastructure of Investormatch, including the AI models, source codes, graphical interfaces (UI/UX), and databases, is the exclusive property of Investormatch. It is strictly prohibited to:

Subject the platform to reverse engineering or decompilation of the AI algorithms.
Use automated systems (scrapers, bots) for data extraction without written consent.
Use the services for fraudulent activities or market manipulation.

Article 5: Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, Investormatch is not liable for direct or indirect damages, including loss of profit, arising from:

Technical downtime, network failures, or inaccuracies in third-party data.
Force majeure events (Article 6:75 BW), including large-scale cyberattacks, national utility outages, or government interventions.

Article 6: Indemnification

The User agrees to fully indemnify Investormatch and its officers against all claims, losses, and legal costs arising from a breach of these terms by the User or from unauthorized use of the account.

Article 7: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
